Annual Meeting
Greylock's 90th Annual Meeting was held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Berkshire Hills Country Club, Pittsfield, MA
Board Chair Peter Lopez and President/CEO John Bissell reviewed highlights from 2024, and CFO Michael King reported on Greylock’s financial condition. This year’s meeting also included an election for Greylock’s Volunteer Board of Directors. The slate of candidates for this year’s election included: *Krystle Blake, incumbent; *Tyrone Jackson, incumbent; *Brett Random, incumbent; *Stanley Walczyk, incumbent; and **Shelby Williamson, nominated by petition.
*Incumbents were nominated by the Nominating Committee. Greylock Federal Credit Union bylaws state that there will be no nominations from the floor and no members shall be entitled to vote by proxy.**Nominated by petition in accordance with Greylock Federal Credit Union bylaws.
